We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be unwashed
• Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or other marks
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible
• Be in the same condition in which you received it

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.

Please do not send products to an address without receiving return instructions from NYNE OF GODS.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned product, it may be inspected to confirm that it meets our return conditions.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products accepted under this policy, NYNE OF GODS will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
